BBVA’s Technology and Operations area (hereinafter, BBVA-T&O) uses the various pages of this website to provide information related to all types of activities and services that it provides.

The Bank shall not be liable for the use of this information and it should be explicitly understood that, subject to prevailing legislation in Spain, this information is not intended for those users that act under other jurisdictions of states that have requirements that are different with regards to the publishing, disseminating or advertising of financial services and/or products.
(b) BBVA-T&O reserves the right to update, modify or remove the information contained in “BBVAtech.com”, including restricting or blocking access to this information, without prior notice. In particular, BBVA-T&O reserves the right to delete, restrict or block access to its website when technical difficulties arise due to events or circumstances beyond the control of BBVA-T&O which, in its opinion, reduce or invalidate basic levels of security adopted for the proper functioning of this website.
